It's been a great summer so far! Stella and Simon are growing up so fast...too fast! Simon has turned a major corner: he now loves to play in the pool and Breaking News: cannot shovel food into his mouth fast enough! Who knew that the secret to getting him to eat was to serve food to him cold?!?! Strange child... but we'll take it! He's sleeping 12 hours at night and eats three meals a day - what a big boy! He's still our grumpy old man but seems to be a bit happier with some food in his belly! Stella has the vocabulary of a teen age and makes us laugh everyday. We're a little worried she's going to have a southern accent as more and more of her sentences sound very "Georgia". A few examples include: Sprankles (sprinkles), Mah Toooools (My tools) and I run up da Heeeeel (I run up the hill).
It's never a dull moment in this house!
